+ named div in the stylesheet. This allows us to perform a vile, sleazy
+ hack to keep IE6 from exhibiting its horizontal scrollbar bug. There
+ will unfortunately always be a right margin in IE6, but there
+ doesn't appear to be any easy workaround.
