view_mail.js: more improvements to mail forwarding

 * "Fwd:" instead of "Re:"
 * The "--- forwarded message ---" po string is carried over from webcit-classic
 * Make the editor aware that a message is being forwarded
 * TODO: load attachments from the message being forwarded
